Job applications

You may also submit job applications via the Bekomold website. We protect the security of all such applications. When applying for a job, you will be asked to provide certain information, including your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the job you are applying for and your telephone number. However, you may provide other information, such as your social security number, at your discretion, as indicated in the job application available via the Bekomold Website. The information you provide will only be used to assess your suitability for current and future job opportunities at BERICAP companies. Your data will be registered and can be evaluated by the human resources staff of BERICAP companies. We will not disclose your data to third parties or parties outside Bekomold without your permission, unless the parent company is looking for a professional through us or we receive a CV from a relevant professional who is being sought by a BERICAP company. Information we share

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information about visitors to the Bekomold Website except as described in this Privacy Notice. We process personal data that we receive from you as part of our business relationship.

In addition – where necessary for the provision of our services –, we also process personal data that we have lawfully and permissibly received from other companies or other third parties (e.g. based on the fulfilment of orders/contracts or on your consent).

On the other hand, we process personal data that we have lawfully obtained and may process from publicly available sources (e.g. registers of debtors, property registers, company and association registers, press, media).

The relevant personal data are personal information (name, address and other contact details, date and place of birth, nationality), identification data (e.g. personal identification data) and authentication data (e.g. specimen signature). In addition, such data may also include:

  • Order details (e.g. delivery order).
  • Data resulting from the performance of our contractual obligations (such as sales data, credit limits, product data).
  • Advertising and sales data.
  • Contract and documentation data (such as business letters).
  • Registration data.

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Personal data is processed for the provision of services and the delivery of goods, in particular for the performance of our contracts with you and the fulfilment of your orders, as well as for all activities necessary for the operation and administration of a company.

The purposes of data processing depend primarily on the product or service concerned.

  1. Based on legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR)

If necessary, we will process your data beyond the actual performance of the contract to protect our legitimate interests or that of third parties. Examples:

Furthermore, we are subject to various legal obligations, i.e. legal requirements (e.g. commercial law, tax law, etc.). Where processing takes place in this regard, it will be based solely on these requirements.

  1. Who will receive your data?

The organisations within the company that receive the data are those that need it to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. Our data processors (Article 28 of the GDPR) may also receive data for such purposes. These external service providers will be involved in complying with regulatory obligations (e.g. customs clearance). A detailed list of data processors is available on request.

With regard to the transfer of data to external recipients, it should be noted that we will only transfer your data if this is permitted or required by law, if you have given your consent, or if we have been authorised to provide such information. Under these conditions, the recipients of personal data may be, for example:

  • Public bodies and institutions (e.g. public prosecutor’s office, police, supervisory authorities) where there is a legal or regulatory obligation.
  • Other companies to whom we transfer personally identifiable information (depending on the contract: e.g. banks, credit bureaus, business partners, sales representatives).

Other recipients may include those to whom you have consented to the transfer of your data.

  1. How long is the data stored?

Where necessary, we will process and store your personal data for the duration of our business relationship, which includes, for example, the initiation and performance of a contract or the fulfilment of a contractual purpose.

In addition, we are also subject to various storage and documentation obligations, which are, among others, based on the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.) and the Act on the Rules of Taxation (Art.). Storage and documentation periods range from two to ten years.

Finally, the storage period is also determined by the statutory limitation periods, which, for example, are generally five years according to § 6:22 of the Civil Code (Ptk.).

  1. Will the data be transferred to a third country or international organisation?

No such transfers are made in respect of data relating to business partners.

  1. What data protection rights do you have?

All data subjects have the right of access under Article 15 of the GDPR, rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR, erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR, restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR and portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. In addition, there is a right of appeal to the data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR).

  1. Is there a data provisioning obligation?

As part of our business relationship, you will only be required to provide personal information that is necessary for us to establish, maintain and terminate the business relationship or that we are required to collect by law. Without this information, we will usually have to refuse to conclude a contract or fulfil an order, or we will not be able to fulfil an existing contract and will have to terminate it.

  1. To what extent is automated decision-making present in individual cases?

No such automated decision-making takes place in respect of data relating to business partners. Where we use these procedures in individual cases, we will inform you separately if required by law.

  1. To what extent do we use your data for profiling (scoring)?

We do not automatically process your data for the purpose of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling).

Information on the right to object under Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  1. Right to object on a case-by-case basis

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6 (1) (e) of the GDPR (processing in the public interest) and Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (processing based on a balancing of interests); this also applies to profiling based on this provision in accord with Article 4 (4) of the GDPR.

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or that serve the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

All data subjects have the right of access under Article 15 of the GDPR, rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR, erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR, restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR and portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. With regard to the right to information and the right to erasure, the restrictions pursuant to Sections 34 and 35 of the BDSG apply.
